RES PTA AUCTION DONATIONS

DONATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.
Thank you to all of our donors!

Robious Elementary School PTA will hold its biennial Raising the Rails Live and Silent Auction, a fundraising event, on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Salisbury Country Club.  The mission of the event is to bring the school community together while raising funds that directly enhance our children’s educational experience.

The PTA will utilize funds raised at this event to continue to provide a wide variety of before and after school enrichment opportunities including wellness, environmental awareness, literacy and STEAM programs.  A portion of the funds raised allow Robious teachers and staff to take advantage of select professional development opportunities.  We are very proud that the largest portion of our planned spending for the current school year is focused on direct classroom support.  With funds raised at the auction, we hope to provide upgraded technology as needed, support resource classes (art, music, library, physical education, and exploratory learning), help fund specific curriculum based projects for students in all grade levels and support school staff with appreciation events.

We would like to ask you to consider making a donation to our auction.  Your contribution may be in the form of actual merchandise, gift certificates, services or a monetary donation. In appreciation of your donation, we have several levels of recognition available to help promote your business to over 560 Robious families, staff and school division personnel. Additionally, the Robious Elementary School PTA is a non-profit organization and donations may be tax-deductible, TAX ID 54-1154118.

To submit a donation, please complete a donation form either ONLINE HERE or by using the attached form. Donations may be mailed directly to the school at the address below labeled “Attention:  RES AUCTION COMMITTEE”, or a committee member will be glad to pick up the item(s).  If you have any questions, please contact Kate Knerr at jmukhl@yahoo.com or 804-248-0890. The deadline to submit a donation is February 28, 2019.
