We are excited to share that the Robious Elementary School PTA is hosting its biennial Whistlestop Carnival on Saturday, May 2, 2020 from 11:00am-3:00pm.  The event, held in the Robious Elementary School bus loop, brings the local community together for a fun, family-friendly carnival while raising money to support the educational experience of students at Robious Elementary School in Midlothian, VA.

The Whistlestop Carnival is a long-held tradition that attracts hundreds of families from Midlothian and the greater Richmond area. Open to the public, this event offers a wonderful opportunity for local businesses and organizations to showcase products and services while supporting the community they serve.

This year, we are offering several ways for community organizations to be part of the biennial Whistlestop Carnival.

CONDUCTOR’S CLUB    $350 (limited availability due to space)
•    Sponsorship of major game, ride or inflatable of your choice (based on availability)
•    10’ x 10’ event space
•    Recognition by the event MC during the event
•    Logo displayed on donor banner at Carnival
•    Logo on community event posters (must return application by 3/20/20 to be included)
•    Recognition in Whistlestop fliers sent home to students (over 600 families)
•    Recognition on RES PTA Facebook page and PTA website
•    Recognition in RES PTA e-newsletter

ENGINEERS’S CLUB    $200
•    Logo displayed on donor banner at Carnival
•    Logo on community event posters (must return application by 3/20/20 to be included)
•    Recognition in Whistlestop fliers sent home to students (over 600 families)
•    Recognition on RES PTA Facebook page and PTA website
•    Recognition in RES PTA e-newsletter

SILENT AUCTION/RAFFLE DONATION
Donate a product, service or gift card for use in our raffle drawing, benefiting Robious Elementary's PTA, or our new silent auction which will benefit our partner school, A.M. Davis Elementary School.

The Carnival takes a village to run and we need your help! Join us to help with setup, breakdown and all that's in between on Saturday, May 2, 2020.  Middle and high school students along with parents and teachers are welcome! Middle and high school students may be able to earn community service hours.
