Welcome back Roadrunner families!!
My name is Sarah Morrison and I am excited to be the RES PTA President for the 2025-2026 school year. I have three children—Dashiell (Dash), 4th grade here at RES, Edith, 8th at RMS, and Lily, 10th at JRHS— and I’ve enjoyed being involved with the PTA since 2021. RES is a unique community with passionate teachers and dedicated parents, and I’m grateful our kids get to be a part of it!
The RES PTA is committed to supporting our staff through direct teacher grants, funding for Resource teachers and DLI teams, as well as providing school-wide initiatives and events. To help us sustain these amazing programs, please join the PTA via Givebacks. This is where you can purchase your annual PTA membership and make a Direct Donation. We strive to raise PTA funds through memberships, donations, and Spirit Nights, so our kids don’t have to engage in individual fundraisers. Let’s make it to 100% Membership! The class with the highest membership will get a prize in September!
To stay updated on all things PTA, join PTBoard. This platform is where we post PTA news and organize volunteer and donation opportunities. If you’re new to RES, visit https://respta.ptboard.com/ and select “Create an Account” using the registration code: XYAGED. Returning families do not need a registration code. IMPORTANT!! After creating an account, please add your students to their classes. From the main menu on the left, click “Student Directory,” select “My Student,” then “Add a Student,” and complete the information. Next, go to “Class & Group” from the main menu and add your student(s) to their classes. This step is necessary to receive class-specific information from Room Parents and the PTA.

The Robious Elementary School PTA has decided to hold utilize a Direct Donation Drive for our fundraising again this year. We will not ask you or your child to sell anything all year; instead the PTA is asking Robious Families to make an annual Tax-deductible donation.
100% of Your Direct Donation Stays at Robious!
You can make your tax-deductible online donation HERE. Please email robiouselempta@gmail.com if you would like information on how to mail your donation.
And don't forget about the matching program! RES PTA is a charitable 501c3 organization, and many employers will match your donation 100%. Check your employer's HR Page for more details.
Only registered members of the respta.ptboard community have access to the online directory with updated access codes issued each year. If you have previously registered with PTBoard, no new action is required on your part to use this site. If you are registering for the first time, use code XYAGED to connect to Robious. PTBoard is free to use.
This directory is for personal use only. We ask that you do not use it for business, political or other solicitation purposes.
**Please Note** Changes made to the student directory are not communicated to the school. If your contact information changes please be sure to contact the school office so they have accurate records. The same is true for changes made to the office. You must change your contact information with PTBoard AND the school front office separately.
Returning Families... If you are a returning family, your family information has rolled over from previous years however you must manually add your child to their new class for the 2023-2024 school year to be listed in the Directory. Your returning child has been removed from their previous class and you can now edit your listing with their new teacher assignment. If you have a Kindergarten student, you can add a child to the family at this time.
- To get started click on the "Student Directory" link on the left side of the website home page
- Click the green "Add/Manage My Student Directory" button at the top

4 Easy Steps to Support the PTA
Spend 15 minutes right now, and make a difference all year long!
1) Make your direct donation
You can now set-up a one-time or recurring donation at
https:/ /www.givebacks.com/donate/robiouselem
Suggested donation: $50 per student one-time; $5-10 per month per student
recurring (but any amount is appreciated!)
Bonus tip: Check to see if your company will match your donations! The Robious ES
PTA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible as
allowed by law.
2) Sign-up for Givebacks
On your computer: Visit https:/ /www.givebacks.com/causes/robiouselem and click
“Get Started” in the upper right corner to create an account.
** Be sure to install the plug-in; every time you shop at participating online stores,
click “Activate” to automatically donate a portion of your sale to the PTA.
On your smartphone: Download the Givebacks app, sign-in to your account, and
install the plug-in to activate the cashback on purchases made on your phone.
For in-store purchases: In the Givebacks app/online, add your frequently used credit
cards to your Wallet to have purchases made in-person at participating locations
automatically generate donations.
3) Link your Kroger card to the PTA
Visit Kroger .com/account/CommunityRewards and log-in to your account (or create
one, if you don’t yet have a Kroger card).
Search for “Robious Elementary School PTA” and link your card.
Every time you shop in-person at Kroger, be sure to use your Kroger card or input your
linked phone number at the kiosk!
4) Start a donation bag in your closet for Clothing to Cash
Collect any unwanted clothing, shoes, towels, textiles, etc. in garbage bags.Bring your tied-off bags to the white collection bin in the Robious ES parking lot any
time!
Go green for green! The PTA gets paid by the pound for your donations, and your
unwanted items get recycled and repurposed.
