Time: 6:00-10:00 pm

We hope you will arrive on time at 6:00 p.m. to enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne, passed hors d'oeuvres, and start bidding on silent auction items.  

 

There will be a full OPEN BAR from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and cash bar from 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

 

Order of the Night:

5:45 p.m.  Registration Begins
6:00 p.m. Doors Open for Cocktail Hour with open bar & passed hors d'oeuvres
7:00 p.m. Doors Open to the Ballroom for Live music, more food, drinks & fun
8:00 p.m. Silent Auction Closes
8:15 p.m. Live Auction Begins
9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Check out will be open to pick up winning auction & raffle items

Ticket prices:

$50 an individual.

$100 a couple.

We would like the auction to be an all inclusive, adult- only event.  We aim as the Robious Community to cover the cost of a ticket for all teachers, faculty and staff who would like to attend.
 
Can we count on you to ensure all 90 teachers, faculty and staff have a ticket to this event? There will be an option to make a donation on the ticket purchase form.
 
Please note:  Guest registration will be at the event, your name will be on a list.  Paper tickets will not be distributed.

Robious Elementary School Raising the Rails Auction 2024-2025

Friday, February 28th

 

The mission of this event is to bring the school community together while raising funds that directly enhance our children’s educational experience. The PTA will utilize funds raised at this event to continue to provide a wide variety of before and after school enrichment opportunities including wellness, environmental awareness, literacy and STEAM programs.  A portion of the funds raised will allow Robious teachers and staff to take advantage of select professional development opportunities.  We are very proud that the largest portion of our planned spending for the current school year is focused on direct classroom support.  With funds raised at the auction, we hope to provide upgraded technology as needed, support resource classes (art, music, library, physical education, exploratory learning, the French program, and our school counselors), help fund specific curriculum based projects for students in all grade levels and support school staff with appreciation events.

 

Planning is underway and the Auction team is seeking donations to make our upcoming auction a great success!!

 

HOW YOU CAN HELP?

  • Do you, your company, your family or friends have an item or service that can be donated for our auction?

  • Do you (or someone you know) have vacation property that you would be willing to donate for a weekend or week-long stay?

  • Do you (or someone you know) have tickets to sports events or the arts that you would be willing to donate?

  • Do you (or someone in your circle) know someone famous that may be willing to donate signed memorabilia or perhaps an experience with a local celebrity?

  • Volunteer to help with the event! It takes a village to put on a top-notch fundraiser and we could use your talents. Join the Auction Volunteer Group on PTBoard under “Class & Groups.”
