Submitting Receipts for Reimbursement

1. Complete a reimbursement form. Blank forms are found in the Treasurer’s mailbox in the school mailroom or you may download a copy below.
   • ​Download PTA Reimbursement Form
   • Download Teacher Member Grant Reimbursement Form
2. Return the completed form WITH the receipt attached back into the Treasurer mailbox. If you are unsure of the budget line item, please email the PTA Treasurer.
3. The Treasurer will check the mailbox weekly and either mail or deliver your reimbursement check when signed.  To check on the status, please email the PTA Treasurer annabuchholtz15@gmail.com.
